IETEL Social Publishing is an internal application operated by IETEL Solutions, LLC to manage IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page. This page explains how to request deletion of information associated with that connection.

What Information Exists

IETEL Social Publishing is a server-to-server integration. There is no Facebook Login flow for website visitors or the public: access is configured once, administratively, in Meta Business Settings, where a Meta System User is assigned to the IETEL Solutions Page. The resulting credential is used only by our own server and is never exposed in a browser.

On IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page, the integration can:

  • publish posts to that Page;
  • read the Page's own public display name.

That is the whole of it. The integration does not read reactions, comments or any other engagement on Page posts — not even as totals. It does not use Facebook's Page-listing capability — it is configured to one specific Page, with no Page-selection step — and does not use Meta's Business Management API. public_profile is a default permission Meta associates with the Business Manager identity behind the integration; this integration does not use any personal profile data from it. It does not request or receive Facebook account passwords, does not read personal profiles or content posted by other people, and does not collect or store data that identifies anyone who views or interacts with IETEL Solutions' Facebook Page.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of any information associated with IETEL Social Publishing's connection to Facebook:

  1. Email ietel@ietelsolutions.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," or call (208) 971-8526.
  2. Let us know which Facebook account or Page access you'd like removed or deleted.
  3. We will confirm your request and remove the associated access/authorization and any information we hold in connection with it within a reasonable time, and confirm with you once complete.

Because this access is granted in Meta Business Settings rather than through a Facebook Login screen, it is removed in the same place: an IETEL Solutions team member with access to the Business portfolio can remove the System User's assignment to the Page at any time, which ends the integration immediately.
