Data Deletion
IETEL Social Publishing is an internal application operated by IETEL Solutions, LLC to manage IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page. This page explains how to request deletion of information associated with that connection.
What Information Exists
IETEL Social Publishing connects to Meta's Graph API using a limited set of permissions (basic profile information of the authorizing IETEL Solutions team member, the list of Pages they manage, and the ability to publish to and read engagement on IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page). It does not collect or store data about the general public or about people who view or interact with IETEL Solutions' Facebook Page.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of any information associated with IETEL Social Publishing's connection to Facebook:
- Email ietel@ietelsolutions.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," or call (208) 971-8526.
- Let us know which Facebook account or Page access you'd like removed or deleted.
- We will confirm your request and remove the associated access/authorization and any information we hold in connection with it within a reasonable time, and confirm with you once complete.
You can also revoke IETEL Social Publishing's access directly at any time from your own Facebook account, under Facebook's Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
