Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IETEL Solutions, LLC ("IETEL Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with:

  • the public website at ietelsolutions.com, and
  • IETEL Social Publishing, an internal application operated by IETEL Solutions to manage IETEL Solutions' own social-media publishing and related Facebook Page operations.

IETEL Social Publishing is not a consumer-facing product. It is a tool IETEL Solutions uses to publish and manage content on IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page. It is not distributed to, or used by, the general public.

Who We Are

IETEL Solutions, LLC is a technology infrastructure company based in Nampa, ID, serving homeowners and commercial and industrial organizations across the Treasure Valley. Our registered business address is 239 Walnut Creek Way, Nampa, ID 83686.

Information We Collect Through the Website

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • your name and company name
  • email address and phone number
  • the service you're interested in and a description of your project
  • your ZIP code and preferred project timeline

Residential camera request form

When you ask whether your home qualifies for our residential camera package, we collect:

  • your name, and the email address and/or phone number you give us;
  • your ZIP code;
  • your answers about your home: type of home, whether you own or rent, whether an HOA applies, number of stories, the areas you want to cover, Wi-Fi and router connection, sun exposure, wall material, whether you want monitoring or alarm or lock integration, your timing, and any note you add;
  • how you agreed to be contacted (email, phone call, or both), the version of the consent wording you saw, the version of this policy, and the date and time you submitted the form;
  • the page language, and campaign information that was part of the link you followed (such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), the page you first landed on, and the website that referred you.

To protect our forms from abuse, our server uses your IP address to limit repeated requests and passes it to our internal system, which keeps only a one-way coded (hashed) value, never the address itself. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is submitting our forms.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use two kinds of storage in your browser.

  • Necessary. Always on. It runs the site, remembers your privacy choices, keeps the campaign information of your visit (for example UTM parameters, an ad click identifier and the page you landed on) so it can be attached to a request you send us, and keeps a random identifier for each request you send so that it is counted only once. This information stays in your browser and is sent only with a request.
  • Optional, only if you allow it:
    • Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_<property>), which by default can last up to two years. It tells us which pages are visited and how the site is used.
    • Advertising measurement — Meta Pixel. Sets first-party cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad), typically kept for up to 90 days. It tells us whether a Meta ad led to a request.

Optional technologies stay off until you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from"Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing a choice removes the related cookies from your browser and stops further collection. It cannot recall information already sent to Google or Meta.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising measurement: the Meta Pixel does not load, and our server does not send your request to the Meta Conversions API. The signal does not change your analytics choice.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

With your permission, Google Analytics receives information about your visit:

  • pages viewed and how you arrived;
  • device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address;
  • actions such as a completed request.

A completed request is recorded as an event without your name, email, phone number or answers. Google processes this information as our service provider under its own terms. We do not use Google Ads. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off in our Google tag, and Google's advertising consent settings always stay denied on our site.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API)

With your permission, we use Meta's measurement tools to learn whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to requests.

  • Meta Pixel (in your browser): Meta receives the pages you view on our site, the fact that you completed a request that fits or may fit our residential camera package, the_fbp/_fbc identifiers, and your browser's IP address and user agent. The Pixel's automatic event detection is turned off, so it reports only page views and a completed request.
  • Meta Conversions API (from our server, only after your request is recorded, and only when it fits or may fit our residential camera package): our server may also send Meta:
    • that a request was completed, its time, a random request identifier and the page URL;
    • your email address, phone number and ZIP code in coded (SHA-256 hashed) form, and the country (United States);
    • your IP address and browser user agent, and the _fbp/_fbc identifiers.

The same request identifier is used by both tools, so Meta counts one request once. We do not send your name, your answers about your home or the text of any note. Meta uses this information under its own terms, including to measure and improve the delivery of ads. If you do not allow advertising measurement, neither the Meta Pixel nor the Conversions API is used for your visit or your request.

Information We Receive Through Meta / Facebook

IETEL Social Publishing is a server-to-server integration used solely to create and publish content on IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page. There is no Facebook Login flow for website visitors or the public as part of this integration — access is configured once, administratively, by an IETEL Solutions team member in Meta Business Settings: a Meta System User is assigned to the IETEL Solutions Page, and the resulting credential is used only by our own server. It is never exposed in a browser, never sent to a website visitor, and never involves any Facebook Login screen shown to the public.

  • public_profile — a default permission Meta associates with the Business Manager identity behind this integration. It is not tied to any authorization by a visitor to this website, and this integration does not use any personal profile data from it.
  • pages_manage_posts — the ability to create and publish posts on the IETEL Solutions Facebook Page.

This integration does not use Facebook's Page-listing capability — it is configured to a single, specific Page, with no Page-selection step — and does not use Meta's Business Management API to manage business assets. It doesnot request or receive Facebook account passwords. It does not read comments, personal profiles, or any individual content posted by other people, and it does not collect data about people who view or interact with IETEL Solutions' Facebook Page.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to inquiries submitted through our forms;
  • evaluate whether our residential camera package fits your home, and contact you about your request by the methods you chose;
  • understand which marketing channels bring visitors to our website, and measure which advertising campaigns lead to requests, assessments and sales;
  • publish and manage content on IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page; and
  • operate and improve our website and business.

How We Contact You

About a residential camera request, we contact you only by the methods you agreed to on the form — email, phone call, or both — about your request and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not send text messages. You can ask us to stop marketing emails or calls at any time by replying to our email or calling us.

Where Your Request Is Kept

Residential camera requests are recorded in IETEL OS, the internal business system IETEL Solutions uses to manage requests, assessments, estimates and projects. Access is limited to authorized IETEL Solutions staff. If our system is unavailable when you submit, your request is sent to our business email instead, so it is not lost.

Whether We Sell Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Service Providers

We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate our website and business, including our web hosting provider, our email service provider, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms, Meta's Graph API for Facebook Page publishing and — only with your consent, as described above — Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) for measurement. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services to us, under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our care, including restricting access to credentials and systems to authorized personnel and never storing access tokens or credentials directly in our website's public-facing code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to and follow up on an inquiry, or for as long as IETEL Social Publishing remains connected to our Facebook Page. Residential camera requests, with the contact choices and consent details recorded with them, are kept as a business record of what was requested and how we were allowed to contact you.

Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us for a copy of, or a correction to, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you or to delete it. Contact us by email or phone. We will confirm the request comes from you, using the email or phone number you gave us. We stop contact right away. Some records, including the record of your request and your contact choices, are kept as business records and cannot be erased; where we keep information, we tell you what we kept and why, and we do not use it to contact you again.
