This Privacy Policy explains how IETEL Solutions, LLC ("IETEL Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with:
- the public website at ietelsolutions.com, and
- IETEL Social Publishing, an internal application operated by IETEL Solutions to manage IETEL Solutions' own social-media publishing and related Facebook Page operations.
IETEL Social Publishing is not a consumer-facing product. It is a tool IETEL Solutions uses to publish and manage content on IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page. It is not distributed to, or used by, the general public.
Who We Are
IETEL Solutions, LLC is a technology infrastructure company based in Nampa, ID, serving commercial and industrial organizations across the Treasure Valley. Our registered business address is 239 Walnut Creek Way, Nampa, ID 83686.
Information We Collect Through the Website
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- your name and company name
- email address and phone number
- the service you're interested in and a description of your project
- your ZIP code and preferred project timeline
We also automatically capture standard analytics information (such as pages visited and general traffic-source data — for example, whether a visit came from a search engine, a social media link, or a direct visit) through Google Analytics, and, where present, campaign attribution data (UTM parameters and referring page) so we understand which marketing channels are effective. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors beyond what a website form submission itself provides.
Information We Receive Through Meta / Facebook
IETEL Social Publishing connects to Meta's Graph API using a small, specific set of permissions, solely to manage IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page:
- public_profile — basic profile information of the IETEL Solutions team member authorizing the app.
- pages_show_list — the list of Facebook Pages that person manages, so the correct IETEL Solutions Page can be selected.
- pages_manage_posts — the ability to publish, edit, and manage posts on the IETEL Solutions Facebook Page.
- pages_read_engagement — basic engagement information (such as likes and comment counts) on IETEL Solutions' own posts.
- business_management — access to manage IETEL Solutions' own Meta Business account assets.
IETEL Social Publishing does not request or receive Facebook account passwords. It does not access the personal profiles, posts, messages, or data of individual Facebook users who are not IETEL Solutions team members administering the Page. It does not collect data from people who view or interact with IETEL Solutions' Facebook Page beyond the aggregate, publicly-visible engagement metrics described above.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form;
- understand which marketing channels bring visitors to our website;
- publish and manage content on IETEL Solutions' own Facebook Page; and
- operate and improve our website and business.
Whether We Sell Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Service Providers
We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate our website and business, including our web hosting provider, Google Analytics for website analytics, and Meta's Graph API for Facebook Page publishing. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services to us, under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our care, including restricting access to credentials and systems to authorized personnel and never storing access tokens or credentials directly in our website's public-facing code.
